MATERIAL & MANUFACTURING PROCESS
Composed of polyester resin, fiberglass & marble dust trix-spun-cast in
existing molds. Custom molds can be created for unique specifications.
COLUMN SHAFT
PolyStone® column shaft made of polyester resin, fiberglass and marble
dust. Column shaft is plain/smooth and non-tapered. Shaft can be trimmed
to your desired overall height (cut from the bottom of the shaft only).
Column shaft does not have an astragal (bead) molding.
CAPITAL, BASE MOLDING & PLINTH
Art Deco capital is made of paint-grade, load-bearing polyester resin.
Art Deco base made of lightweight polyurethane. Heavier cast marble
base/plinth set available for an upcharge. Please note that components
are designed to wrap around the shaft as decorative sleeves, and
they do not add height. See spec sheet for dimensions.
