(PLAIN, ROUND, TAPERED)
DESIGN 200
MATERIAL & MANUFACTURING PROCESS
Composed of polyester resin, fiberglass & marble dust trix-spun-cast in existing molds. Custom molds can be created for unique specifications.
COLUMN SHAFT
PolyStone® column shaft made of polyester resin, fiberglass and marble dust. Column shaft is plain/smooth and tapered (bottom third of the shaft is straight, with the remaining 2/3 tapering to the neck). Shaft can be cut down to your desired overall height (cut from the bottom of the shaft only). Classic astragal (bead) molded onto shaft.
CAPITAL, BASE MOLDING & PLINTH
Tuscan capital, base molding and plinth included. For 6" - 12" bottom diameters, a cast marble cap & base is included. For column diameters 14"+ a polyurethane cap & base is included. If you would like to alter the cap & base material for the specific sizes of your columns, please contact a Chadsworth Sales Consultant to initiate the construction of your columns. Please also note that column components are designed to wrap around the shaft as decorative sleeves – they do not add height.
