PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Our Decorative Fireplace Mantels are hand-made from a poplar wood species, while each decorative ornamentation is made from our high-quality composition material. We are able to make fireplace mantels that match your custom dimensions, and also from your selected wood species.
For custom mantel specifications and/or variations in wood species, please call or e-mail a Chadsworth Sales Consultant to discuss your mantel preferences. An upcharge will apply.
PLEASE NOTE: If you select a wood species other than poplar, the applied Composition Accents will differ in color from the natural poplar wood color of the mantelpiece.
The assembly of our fireplace mantels utilizes a tongue and groove method, splines, and precision engineered miters & joints, resulting in furniture grade value and superior detail.
IMPORTANT: Each fireplace mantel is individually crated, and can weigh up to 300 lbs. Upon delivery of your mantel, please have sufficient manpower or machinery to offload the mantel. The driver's only obligation is to move your fireplace mantel to the back of the truck for unloading.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
Installation is made easy because each fireplace mantel comes as one (1) piece. We recommend consulting with a local professional installer if you have any further installation questions, upon receiving your fireplace mantelpiece.
FINISHING TIPS
When it comes to finishing your fireplace mantel, we recommend priming, painting, or staining according to the manufacturer's suggested finishing instructions.
PRODUCT ADHESIVE
We recommend utilizing a good quality Carpenter's glue (if unfinished).
