Q:  Is there really a difference in the columns?
A:  While at first glance, it might be difficult to see the differences that affect the cost, a column is just like a fine piece of art -
the more you look at it, the more it feels just right.  The more familiar you become with columns, the more you will be able to
see the differences.  It is like anything of fine quality; you must first know your subject matter, and the greater your knowledge,
the greater your appreciation for its qualities.  Click to Compare our columns.
Q:  Are columns expensive to use?
A:  While not inexpensive, columns are a good investment.  Columns will enhance any project and give an immediate feeling
of grandeur.  With that said, Chadsworth offers different quality levels of columns – ranging from More Economical to
High-End.  Please inquire if you are not sure which level suits your project.
Q:  What is PolyStone®?
A:  PolyStone® is a fiberglass composite material that is manufactured in a spin-cast process using existing molds, or custom
molds if you desire.  PolyStone® columns are an elite choice for trellises, arbors, pergolas, porches, and all additional exterior
applications – especially those near water.  Our PolyStone® columns are award-winning.  When we first developed our
column, it won the American Building Products Award for best new product in the building industry.
Q:  What are the differences in your Column Design Numbers?
A:  We have the widest select of columns in the building industry, hands down.  Our columns start with the 100 series (wood)
and go all the way up to the 700 series (fiberglass).  Click to learn more about our Column Design Numbers.
Q:  What are the classical Orders of Architecture?
A:  There are five classical orders of architecture:  Tuscan, Doric, Ionic, Corinthian & Composite.  Read more about all of the
orders on our Orders of Architecture page.
Q:  Where do you ship your columns?
A:  Anywhere in the world.  We are a global company.
Q:  How can you sell columns for less than my local lumber yard?
A:  Due to our large volume and ability to control our manufacturing, we are able to keep our cost low and, in turn, pass
the savings on to you.  Because we do not offer credit, we do not have to increase our selling price to cover this area of
normal loss.
Q:  Are you the manufacturer?
A:  In some cases, yes, and in some cases, no.  But, we do oversee the manufacturing design as well as regulate the quality
level and manner in which each column is being produced.  If it is not produced in our factory, we excercise the same
stringent control that allows our customer products to be guaranteed.  We back up any guarantees.
Q:  I live on water; what is the most weather resistant column?
A:  Our PolyStone® composite columns are made for you.  Their resistance to extreme weather conditions make them
an excellent choice for uses on trellises, arbors, pergolas, porches and all exterior applications – especially those near water.
Q:  What is a custom column? and Can you make custom columns?
A:  A custom column is one in which we manufacture after you place your order.  It is specifically manufactured for your
job and uses the overall height that you provide.  It can also be one where you specify all dimensions, including the height.
We do have the ability to create custom columns to your exact overall dimensions.  In fact, we specialize in fabricating
custom columns both in wood materials and composite materials.
Q:  What type of primer and paint should I use on my columns?
A:  On wooden columns, use oil-based primer and paint.  Do not use a primer containing zinc on redwood columns.  On
composite or fiberglass PolyStone® columns, use an exterior paint.  Caution:  due to the diversity of locations and weather
conditions, always consult your local painting contractor for the best primer and paint for use in your area.
Q:  Do I need to ventilate interior wood columns?
A:  No, it is not necessary to ventilate interior wood columns, but you must always ventilate wooden columns when used
outside.  There are several ways to accomplish the ventilation process.  Please inquire.
Q:  Do you offer samples of your materials?
A:  Yes.  Please contact a Chadsworth Sales Consultant as to what samples you would like to receive.
Q:  Do you have .DWG files & .PDF drawings?
A:  Yes.  Visit our Technical Downloads page, and view our options under "Columns."
Q:  Why do you require a deposit and offer no credit policies?
A:  Since the beginning of our business, we have found that our required deposits on all orders have lessened our bad debts
and cancelled orders.  This enables us to focus on your product and service not on collections.  We pass along these savings
from almost 0% bad debts to you with lower prices.
Q:  I've never ordered from a mail order company shipping by truck.  What happens if my columns arrive damaged?
A:  If you notice the damage before you take possession of the product (signing the bill of lading constitutes possession),
then all you do is refuse the order and write on the freight bill:  Damaged Goods in Shipment - Return to Sender, and then
sign it.  We will immediately begin to refill your order.  If the damage is noticed after you have received the product, you
should contact the freight line and ask them to send an inspector to inspect the damages.  Do not dispose of any units or
packing materials.  We will be happy to assist you if you have further questions.
Q:  Why should I select my own columns instead of just buying what's at my local lumber yard?
A:  There are many columns in the marketplace today.  Most companies might offer you one or two choices.  We offer
you the best choices, number of column designs, materials, and manufacturers.  We can create columns to your exact
specifications, and we are the best at producing columns that are architectural correct – based on the ancient Greek &
Roman proportions.
Q:  Why should I discuss my project with you?
A:  With many years of experience, our excellent staff can save you from many common mistakes.  We urge you to discuss
your project with one of our trained consultants for recommendations and suggestions on your column designs.
Q:  How do I install my columns?
A:  Installation of your columns will vary, depending on what types of columns you purchase.  We strongly recommend
that you consult with a knowledgeable builder or handyman in regards to successfully installing your columns.  We do offer
detailed, step-by-step installation guides on our Installation Instructions page.
Q:  Can I install my wooden exterior columns using an alternative method from the one you recommend?
A:  NO, all wooden column manufacturers accept only one method to install columns.
Q:  What are your column warranties?
A:  Our column warranties will vary, depending on which columns you purchase.  View our Warranties page for a more
detailed look at our column warranties.
Q:  What if I am unhappy with the product?
A:  In the unlikely event that you are not 100% satisfied, you may return all non-custom/non-altered products to us.  Please
contact our Customer Service Department before you ship the product(s) back to us, as there are specific requirements and
process to follow in regards to return shipments.  We are not responsible for damage in shipments – either to you or back to
us.  Our carriers are insured to handle responsibility if damage should occur.
Q:  How do I know I am getting the best price?
A:  Shop around.  We will not knowingly be undersold on any comparable product.  We constantly monitor prices across
the United States and remain competitive.  We do request that you shop around before you begin your project and select the
company from which you will purchase your columns.  Our services and expertise are, of course, free to our customers.
Q:  Is there a guide to how and what I should order?
A:  Check out our Planning Worksheet.  This is a helpful start in deciding which columns you would like for your project.
Q:  Can I install the columns myself, or will I need a contractor?
A:  If you are installing two-story columns, you will need an experienced contractor.  Buf if you are installing an eight-foot
column or smaller - and if you are handy with a saw, nails, hammer, paintburch, and a level - then you can install them with
some help.  If not, we recommend hiring someone.  It's not as hard as one my think to install a column, but it is necessary
to have some knowledge and experience with the above tools.  Please review our Installation Instructions page for a
step-by-step guide to installing your columns.  If you have additional questions, our staff will be glad to assist you.
Q:  Can columns go around poles or beams?
A:  Yes.  This is one of the most frequent uses of columns today.  Our columns can be split in half to go around existing
structural members.  To make sure the column will fit around your pole/beam, call our sales office for assistance to determine
the inside clearance of the column shaft.  Or you can subtract the thickness of the lumber from the top diameter if it is a pole (or if it is a square piece - find the diagonal)... Take the square root of the two sides squared and add them together.
Q:  Are your columns made to the overall height?
A:  All columns can be made to an overall height.  Columns with a design number beginning with the number one (1), will
have to be made to the overall height.  These are our authentic replication wood columns.  The remainder of the design
numbers can be cut to height for an additional charge.  Often times, customers prefer to cut their columns to their exact
overal height on the job site - simply by cutting from the bottom of the column shaft.
Q:  Why does it take so long to make my columns?
A:  First, we aim to accomodate your project deadlines within reason.  Any time that a product is produced from scratch, it
will take some time.  This is our process:  1) For wooden columns, we put your overall heights into our computer where it
generates a production formula for our computer-controlled lathes.  2) Once this is done, we cut your staves and glue them
together with a specified amount of pressure per inch.  3)  After the columns have thoroughly dried, we then take them to the
lathes and turn them with the proper entasis and diminution.  4) The computers are checked and re-checked to make sure all
calculations have been performed correctly.  The columns are now ready to go into the finishing room.  5)  In this room, the
utmost care must be taken.  At this time, three coats of primer will be applied to each column, and they will be hand sanded
between coats.  6) Then, the columns go to our shipping department.  All of this takes time, and it is in the best interest for
all parties for us to dedicate the appropriate time and attention to your wood columns.  The wait will be worth it when you
see the quality of our columns!
Q:  Why do I have to ventilate wooden columns?
A:  It is the same effect that you get when you wear sunglasses outside in the heat from an air conditioned interior and your
glasses begin to perspire.  The same thing happens to columns when the temperature on the outside of the column is a
different degree than the interior of the column.
Q:  How long has Chadsworth been making columns?
A:  As of 2014 – Chadsworth is going on 28 years of column production.

Q:  Do you offer pergola kits?
A:  Yes.  We offer pergola kits with both round columns and square columns.  Pergola Kits
Q:  Do you offer custom pergola designs?
A:  Yes.  In fact, we specialize in creating custom pergola sets.  We recommend submitting your pergola plans to one of
our sales consultants, so that we can price it out based on your specifications.  Browse some of our Custom Pergolas
Q:  What exactly is your Advanced Vinyl pergola material?
A:  Essentially, our Advanced Vinyl is a composite PVC.  These pergolas are formulated out of a rigid dry-blend compound,
which was developed to maintain outdoor toughness and structural value.
Q:  How do I install my pergolas?
A:  Installation of your pergola will vary, depending on what type of pergola you purchase.  Some designs are easier to install
than others.  View our detailed Installation Instructions page for a step-by-step guide to installing your pergolas.
Q:  What are your pergola warranties?
A:  Our pergola warranties depend on the type of pergola you purchase.  View our Warranties page to review each type.
Q:  What are your Rafters, Beams & Purlins made of?
A:  Our rafters, beams & purlins are composed of a structural pultruded fiberglass.  They are made using a pultrusion
manufacturing process.  Raw materials (a liquid resin mixture containing polyester resin, fillers, and specialized additives) are
pulled into reinforcing fiberglass through a heated steel forming die (mold) using a continuous pulling device.  As the
reinforcements are saturated with the resin mixture ("wet out") in the resin impregnator and pulled through the die, the
gelation (or hardening) of the resin is initiated by the heat from the die.  A rigid, cured profile is formed that corresponds to
the shape of the die.

Q:  What materials do you offer your capitals?
A:  We offer many materials, including:  PolyStone® Composite, Stain-Grade Wood, Cast Resin, Wood Carved, Plaster,
Polyurethane, Classic Stone (Textured), FRP, and Fiberglass.

Q:  Do your capitals sit on top of the column shaft or slide around the column shaft?
A:  Both.  We have some capitals that are purely decorative and slide around the column shaft as decorative sleeves.  We also
have capitals that sit on top of the column shaft and will add height.  Please check the specific capital page to see if that
capital is meant to slide around or sit on top.
Q:  Are your capitals load-bearing?
A:  Some are load-bearing, and some are not.  Please check the individual capital page to read if that capital is meant to bear
weight, or if it is just a decorative component.  NOTE:  If a capital is cut into any shapes, it is never load-bearing.
Q:  Can your capitals be cut into any shape?
A:  Well, not any shape, but we do offer quite a spectrum of shapes to choose from.  They are variations of full round and
full square capitals.  View our Capital Shapes
Q:  What are your capital warranties?
A:  Our capital warranties vary depending on the material.  View our Warranties page to review each type.
Q:  How do I install my capitals?
A:  If you are unsure as to how to install your capitals, we recommend speaking directly with a knowledgeable contractor
or handyman.  We do offer guides to installing your capitals on our Installation Instructions page.
Q:  Do you offer any discounts?
A:  Typically, the capital prices on our web site are already discounted in an effort to get more people to purchase online.
Sometimes we are able to apply additional discounts.  Please call a Chadsworth Sales Consultant to inquire.  It never hurts
to ask.  We also, sometimes, provide quantity discounts.  You may want to also sign up for our E-Newsletter, as we frequently
send out coupon codes for a percentage discount off your online order.  To register your e-mail address go to our New
Customer page and Register.
Q:  Do you have any drawings of your capitals?
A:  Yes.  Drawings can be found on each specific capital page (if we have a drawing for that capital design).  Please inquire
about obtaining a custom capital drawing.
Q:  I'd like to buy just one (1) capital so I can create a mold.
A:  Unfortunately, we will not sell just one capital to clients who intend to create a mold.  A Chadsworth consultant may
contact you to inquire about the nature of your project for orders that include just one (1) capital.  Our capital designs are
proprietary, and if deceptively utilized as molds for reproduction – Chadsworth is obligated to seek legal action to gain
monetary damages.

Q:  What materials do you offer your bases?
A:  We offer many materials, including:  PolyStone® Composite, Cast Marble base moldings, Cast Resin, polyurethane,
Classic Stone (Textured), FRP, and Wood.

Q:  How do I know which base to order?
A:  There are several factors to determine which base is appropriate for your project.  Important factors are:  Style of the
base.  Is it a Tuscan, Roman Doric, or Ionic (Attic)?  Are your bases for wood columns or fiberglass composite columns?
For example:  Typically with older wooden columns, the base is the first component to deteriorate, and the base was originally
meant to bear weight; therefore, you would need one of our Load-Bearing bases that are designed for wood columns.  OR,
do you need a Non Load-Bearing replacement base for a composite column that is purely decorative and slides around the
bottom of the column shaft?  We have them both.

Note 1:  Our Load-Bearing bases have actual dimensions. I.E. The base diameter for a 12" column is 12".
Note 2:  Our Non Load-Bearing bases have nominal dimensions.  I.E. The base diameter for a 12" columns is 11-5/8".
Q:  Can I order just the round or square portion of the base?
A:  Yes and No.  We offer the round portion (base molding) in a load-bearing cast marble material.  We also offer the
square portion (plinth) that is vented and made from aluminum.  All of our other bases are made as one piece from an
existing mold and, therefore, cannot be separated.
Q:  Can you create custom bases to match my specifications?
A:  Yes.  If you have a drawing or base specifications – e-mail them to our sales department (sales@columns.com), and we
can price it out for you.  We make our custom bases out of wood.
Q:  Why do some bases have vents on the plinth?
A:  Our bases that have vents on the plinths are designed to use with exterior, structural wood columns.  The vents allow for
proper airflow to circulate up and down the wood column shaft.  This cylindrical airflow is important in helping preserve
the wood columns for a longer period of time.  Wood columns need to "breathe"; otherwise, the built-up moisture inside the
column will contribute to a faster rate of deterioration.
Q:  How do I install my bases?
A:  If you are unsure as to how to install your bases, we recommend speaking directly with a knowledgeable contractor
or handyman.  We do offer guides to installing your bases on our Installation Instructions page.
Q:  What are your base warranties?
A:  Our base warranties vary depending on the material.  View our Warranties page to review each type.
Q:  What's the rule of thumb for selecting my bases?
A:  To be architecturally and classically accurate, follow these guidelines:

1.)  If your column has a Tuscan capital  →  Use a Tuscan base.
2.)  If your column has a Roman Doric capital  →  Use either a Roman Doric base or an Ionic (Attic) base.
3.)  If your column has a decorative capital  →  Use an Ionic (Attic) base.

These are simply guidelines, and the selection of your base(es) is dependent on your preferred style.
Q:  Can your bases be cut into any shape?
A:  Well, not any shape, but we do offer quite a spectrum of shapes to choose from.  Typically, our most common base
shapes are Full Round, Full Square, Half Round, Half Square & Split-for-Reassembly (both round & square).  We do also
offer other base shapes – check each base page to see what shape variations are offered.

Q:  What types of moldings do you offer?
A:  We offer a myriad of molding styles:  Baseboard, Casings, Chair Rails, Cove, Crown Moldings, Dentil Moldings, Flat
Stock, Fascia, Friezes, Panel, Pierced & more.

Q:  What are your moldings made of?
A:  We offer (4) different materials for our moldings:  Composition, Plaster, Wood & Polyurethane.
Q:  What exactly is your composition molding?
A:  Our composition moldings are of the highest architectural pedigree, and are cast from carved wood designs that date
back 100 years +.  Composition moldings adhere best to wood surfaces, but we have seen them applied to other surfaces,
such as glass.  The typical length of our Compo Moldings is 12 inches, but the lengths may vary from 6" to 18".  Please ask
one of our consultants about specific designs.  They are stain-grade and paint-grade –  and we recommend them for interior
applications only.  Also, our Compo Moldings are made in the United States of America.
Q:  What is the lead time for your composition moldings?
A:  Depending on our production work load, the lead time for our Compo Moldings will vary.  These are "Made to Order,"
which means the lead time can be anywhere from 1-1/2 weeks to 3 weeks +/-.
Q:  What are polyurethane moldings?
A:  Polyurethane is a lightweight, rot-resistant, durable material.  It has the same density as white pine wood, without the
maintenance or cost concerns.  It is easy to install and finish – and it can be drilled into, cut, and glued.
Q:  What are your recommendations for painting/finishing polyurethane moldings?
A:  Each of our polyurethane moldings come factory-primed and ready to finish.  They may be painted, stained, or faux
finished.  Fill screw or nail holes using a vinyl spackle or plastic filler.  If the primed finish has been scratched or damaged,
the area should be spackled, sanded and touched up with primer prior to painting.

We recommend using a quality latex or oil-based paint for a smooth, solid finish.  If you are preparing to faux finish – including
woodgrain – use an impenetrable glazing stain or paint.  DO NOT use lacquer based paint products on Chadsworth's
polyurethane moldings.
Q:  What's the lead time for your polyurethane moldings?
A:  If your specific design is in-stock, we can typically ship them out within 24 - 48 hours +/-.
Q:  Are your polyurethane moldings returnable?
A:  Yes.  Our polyurethane moldings are returnable if they are in the same condition as you received them.  If alterations or
cuts have been made, the moldings are, therefore, non-returnable.  If you would like to return your moldings, we charge a
25% re-stocking fee, and the customer is responsible for any return shipping costs.  Before you return your goods, we must
issue you an RGA # (Return Goods Authorization).
Q:  What are your molding warranties?
A:  Our molding warranties vary depending on the material.  View our Warranties page to review each type.

Q:  What is your Architectural Shutter Collection?
A:  Our Architectural Shutters are made from a combination of pultruded fiberglass, structural PVC & proprietary
composites.  The rails are made from a Structural PVC material with a smooth outer skin.  The Louvers & Stiles are made
from a superior fiberglass material - the same type of fiberglass utilized on luxury yachts and racing boats.  The Panels are
made from a composite wood material.

Q:  What is your Classic Shutter Collection?
A:  Our Classic Shutters are made from a composite wood material.  Through a steam injection process, wood is mixed
with phenolic resins, zinc borate, and additional materials to create a composite material that is moisture, rot, and termite
resistant.  Overall, the composite material is 90% wood.
Q:  What types of shutters are in your Architectural Collection?
A:  Louvered, Paneled, Combination & Bahama.
Q:  What types of shutters are in your Classic Collection?
A:  Louvered, Paneled & Board-N-Batten.
Q:  Are your shutters customizeable?
A:  Yes.  We offer a wide range of widths and heights.  NOTE:  Some of the shutter design components remain standard,
such as:  the louver & stile dimensions and the shutter thickness.
Q:  Can you match a different shutter color - one that I pick out?
A:  Yes.  We are able to match any color you desire with nothing less than 100% color match agreement.  Simply provide us
with the Hex Code of the color you would like.
Q:  How do I install my shutters?
A:  Installation of your shutters will vary, depending on the purpose.  We offer shutters that are both functional and
decorative.  View our detailed Installation Instructions page for a step-by-step guide to installing your shutters.
Q:  Do you offer shutter hardware?
A:  Yes.  Browse our Shutter Hardware page to find the hardware that is right for your project.
Q:  How are your shutters finished?
A:  The finishing process is enhanced with two (2) finish coats and is additionally strengthened with an oven curing method.
If you prefer to paint your shutters on site, our shutters can be supplied with just the primer coat.
Q:  Are your shutters durable during storms?
A:  Yes. We even offer special storm-rated hardware that is durable through extremely inclement weather.  If you would like
storm-rated hardware, please contact a Chadsworth sales consultant as these are a separate item.
Q:  What are your shutter warranties?
A:  Our shutter warranties depend on which shutters you purchase.  View our Warranties page to review each type.
Q:  What is the lead time for your shutters?
A:  The lead time will vary, depending on the work load at that time.  Because our shutters are made to order, the lead
time is generally 6 weeks +/-.

Q:  What are your balusters made of?
A:  Our balustrades can be made in three different materials:  PolyStone®, Classic Stone & Polyurethane.

PolyStone®:  A durable fiberglass-reinforced polymer composite material.  Each baluster is hand crafted and hand sanded
to reveal a final product that is beautifully smooth with no visible seams.

Classic Stone:  Comprised of several colored or textured finishes to match your project's style.  Select from - White, Cream,
Off-White, Limestone, Sandstone & Cliffside Gray.

Polyurethane:  A high-density (same as white pine), lighter-weight material.  It is weather and rot resistant, low-maintenance,
and a great alternative to materials such as wood, stone & concrete.

Q:  What's the difference between a baluster and a spindle?
A:  Essentially, nothing.  It often times just depends on which part of the country you are in or how you've always heard the
term.  Many times, a baluster is most noticeable because of its "belly-like" contour; whereas, a spindle is often times viewed
as a more slender component.
Q:  Do you offer complete balustrade systems?
A:  Yes. We offer complete systems in all of our materials.  We have Top & Bottom railings, newel posts, newel post caps,
balusters, spindles, and balustrade hardware.

A:  We are able to produce balustrades for any type of application, including:  Stairs, Balconies, Rooftops, Radial (or Curved),
Straight applications, Entryway applications, Decks, Porches, and much more.
Q:  How do I finish your balustrades?
A:  Our PolyStone® balustrades should be painted. View our Finishing Tips.  Our Classic Stone balustrades are already
finished.  Our Polyurethane balustrades should be painted with an oil-based or latex paint.
Q:  Are there stipulations for using your balustrades for my project?
A:  The customer is responsible for adhering to local building codes.  Please let us know what your local codes are, and we
can assist you in finding the correct balustrades for your project.
Q:  Do you offer commercial balustrades?
A:  Yes.
Q:  Can I buy your balustrades somewhere locally?
A:  No, we sell directly to the consumer.
Q:  How do I install my balustrades.

as what type of surface they are being installed to.  View our detailed Installation Instructions page for a step-by-step guide
to installing your balustrade systems.
Q:  What are your balustrade warranties?
A:  Our balustrade warranties depend on which balustrades you purchase.  View our Warranties page to review each type.
Q:  What is the lead time for your balustrades?
A:  The lead time will vary, depending on the work load at that time and on the breadth of your project.  For the most
accurate lead time, please contact a Chadsworth sales consultant to discuss.
Q:  Do you have drawings of your balustrades & components?
A:  Yes.  You can find our drawings on our Technical Downloads page under "Balustrades."

Q:  What types of Garden Accents do you offer?
A:  We offer Arbors, Trellises, Planter Boxes & Lamp Posts.
Q:  What are your Garden Accents made of?
A:  Each of our Garden Accents is made of Advanced Vinyl, which is a fabrication that utilizes a combination of premium
high-grade polyvinyl & polyethylene.  These are combined with modern strengthening elements that provide a durable,
eye-pleasing product.  Vinyl is low-maintenance when it comes to sustaining the original quality.
Q:  Do I need to paint or finish my Garden Accents?
A:  Our Advanced Vinyl Garden Accents are designed to always appear newly painted, so the only reason to paint them is
if you desire a different color.  In order to properly adhere paint is to use an Epoxy-based paint.  NOTE:  Epoxy-based paint
can damage the surface and, therefore, will void the warranty.  We do not recommend it.
Q:  Is it difficult to install your Garden Accents?
A:  Installation difficulty levels will vary depending on what type of Garden Accent you purchase.  Some accents are very
easy to install, and may only require one or two people to install.  Other garden products are more extensive and may require
more people to properly install the product.
Q:  Do you really offer Free Shipping for your Garden Accents?
A:  Yes.  We are happy to extend Free Shipping to you for all of our Garden Accents.  When you order online, you will not be
charged any shipping costs.
Q:  Are my Garden Accents returnable?
A:  Yes.  Our Garden Accents are returnable if they have not been altered or customized.  We do charge a 25% re-stocking
fee.  Please do not immediately return the products, as one of our consultants will have to issue you an RGA # (Return Goods
Authorization).  We do not cover return shipping costs.
Q:  Do you ship your Garden Accents anywhere in the world?
A:  Yes.  We are a global company.
Q:  How do I install my Garden Accents.
A:  Please review our Installation Instructions page for a complete list of Garden Accent designs and their installation
instructions.
Q:  What are your Garden Accent warranties?
A:  Our warranties will vary depending on which product(s) you purchase.  View our detailed Warranties page.
Q:  Do you have drawings of your Garden Accents?
A:  Yes.  To view drawings of our Garden Accents, visit our Technical Downloads page under "Garden Accents."

Q:  What types of Ornaments do you offer?
A:  We offer hundreds and hundreds of ornaments.  Anything from accents for your walls or ceilings, brackets, cabinetry,
corbels, finials, gable pediments, grilles, keystones, mantels, sconces, shelves, spires, and much more.  Browse our Ornaments
page for a more in depth look at what we offer.

Q:  What are your ornaments made of?
A:  We have ornaments that are made from a high-quality composition material, plaster, polyurethane, paint-grade wood,
and stain-grade wood.
Q:  What exactly are your Composition Ornaments?
A:  Our composition ornaments are of the highest architectural pedigree, and are cast from carved wood designs that date
back 100 years +.  Composition ornaments adhere best to wood surfaces, but we have seen them applied to other surfaces,
such as glass.  They are paint-grade & stain-grade – and we recommend them for interior applications only.  Also, our Compo
accents are made in the United States of America.
Q:  Why do I have to buy a minimum of $180 for your Compo Accents?
A:  The reason we have a minimum of $180 for our Compo Accents is due to the amount of time and cost it takes to produce
